We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@colourtexbd.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at support@colourtexbd.com within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the conditions above.

• Please keep proof of return shipping until your refund has been processed.
